Ali was born and raised in Carthage IL. She and her husband, Jeremy, have deep roots in this small community and love raising their children here. Ali graduated from Regency Beauty Institute in Peoria IL in 2011. After working in the industry for 8 years, she founded Ali & Co. She most enjoys creating natural-looking hair colors and helping you discover the perfect at-home care plan for your best hair ever. Ali works Tuesday through Saturday offering haircuts, coloring, conditioning treatments, casual styling, waxing, customized facials, brow tinting, and more!

Sydney is from Keokuk Iowa and is a true Midwestern girl with family as her number one priority. She and her husband, Ryan, have triplet boys who are almost 2 years old. She cherishes the unbreakable bonds she has with her tight knit family and friends.
She loves learning new techniques and is never opposed to furthering her education, upping her skills, and developing her craft.
She is kind, compassionate, and wants to make sure every one of her clients feels heard and cared for. She is in the salon Monday-Saturday and offers color and extensions

Cleo has been a licensed esthetician for over 4 years. She loves that her career as an esthetician allows her to truly impact someone’s life just by spending time with them and allowing them to unwind, decompress, and feel good about doing something for themselves. She specializes in all things beauty and is certified to perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including: facials, chemical peels, microneedling, lash extensions, brow services, microblading, makeup, and anything else skin care! She strives to learn and keep up with all the best techniques and products. When she has any free time you can find her with her dogs, Blaze and Rip, crocheting, or making her boyfriend watch reality tv with her! :)
